Please be advised that the finals draws are almost completed and will be available online shortly
There are a few things we need to remind you about;
Firstly – Saturday Finals are over 2 weeks. Format is 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3 on Saturday 20/08/2016 and the winners will play against each other in the Grand finals on the 27/08/2016
We are having an issue displaying the Under 11 Girls D1 Competition finals – these games will be at 11.35am on Courts 1 and 2. There was also a tie breaker situation in this competition
LP White and Western Magic White finished on the same points (25) however there was 2 draws between these teams and LP White won the 3rd game by 1 point so LP White got in to 4th spot.

In Under 13 Girls D2 there was a tiebreaker between WB White and WB Red – WB White got the Tiebreaker as they had a +6 against WB Red
Secondly – Friday Night Finals will be over 3 weeks starting this weekend, however there is a possibility that we may have to push prelim finals back a week if the worlds align and the QBL Men’s Team win and Townsville lose this weekend. We will be hosting a best of 3 series vs Cairns on our scheduled Prelim final round.
Also there were tiebreakers in a couple competitions for Friday;
17B1 North Brisbane and Western magic White were tied on same points however North Brisbane had the advantage in head to head results thus gaining them 2nd spot over Western Magic White
There was also a tiebreaker for 4th spot between WB Falcons White & LP Green. LP Green were placed 4th based on Head to Head results.
17B2 Vikings Silver and WB Grey were tied on the same points however Vikings Silver had the tie breaker over WB Grey.
17 Boys D2 and 17 Boys D3 are playing an 8 team finals series

The above are the only 2 divisions we are running with 8 team finals over 3 weeks.
17 Boys 2 and 17 Boys 3 will be played at Kedron High School.
Every other division will be running 4 team finals over 3 weeks as per normal – 1 vs 2 and 3 vs 4 in week 1, winner of 1 vs 2 goes to the grand final, loser will play the winner of 3 and 4 in week 2 and grand final will be in week 3.
