Good Luck to Kayla Cronje (U17 QLD South Women’s Emerging Team) & Isabelle Parker, Mia Teubler & Rachel Mate (U15 QLD South Women’s Emerging Team) at the Nunawading Queens Birthday Weekend Basketball Tournament this long weekend.
The Queensland Under 15 and Under 17 State Emerging Teams will this weekend compete at the Nunawading Queens Birthday Weekend Tournament, in Melbourne. All teams will play in a top age group category (Under 17s play against Under 18 teams, and Under 15s play against Under 16 teams), with preparations for the tournament taking place since state team selections over the past few months.
The tournament is focussed on delivering development opportunities for younger state team players and emerging coaches, and providing them with quality playing experiences against some of the country’s best junior players. We wish all players and coaching staff the very best of luck for the tournament.
Congrats to all 4 girls and we wish them the best of luck this weekend and we know they will all play hard over the 3 days.
