Our Coaches are all volunteers who are the heart and soul of our club and assist our players in having a great time learning and playing the great sport of basketball.
We encourage our coaches to obtain their Level 1 Coaching Certificates and for coaches who continue with the club we will reimburse them the cost of this course.

Every team needs a Team Manager. The team manager is a parent volunteer who kindly takes on the responsibility of assisting the coach with running the team.
This involves communicating with the parents regarding game times, training and club updates, creating a bench roster, and distributing and collecting the club singlets at the game.
If you are able to help support the team coach and your players team by being the team manager or would like more information on the role please contact us.
The Qld Government has a strict “NO CARD NO START” Policy
West Brisbane Falcons mandate that all coaches and team managers hold a valid blue card. This included a parent coaching/managing their own child’s team.
