WEST BRISBANE FALCONS QBL BRISBANE CAPITALS BOYS CLINIC

West Brisbane Falcons Basketball Club in its effort to provide great opportunities for our players to learn more about basketball have secured the QBL Brisbane Capitals teams to run 2 clinics at our venue.

The 2^nd of these 2 clinics will be for any West Brisbane Falcons Under 12, Under 14 or Under 16 boy and it is FREE OF CHARGE.

The clinic will be run on Thursday May 10 from 6.30-7.30pm at the Centenary State High School Sports Centre, Moolanda St, Jindalee.

The clinic will be run by QBL Head Coach Dale Ryan.

Highlights from Dale Ryan’s career in basketball include:

• Melbourne Tigers and Victorian State Junior Representative
• Development Player for North Melbourne Giants 1994-96 (NBL Champions 1994)
• ABA player for 6 years
• Brisbane Bullets Assistant Coach 2003-2008 (NBL Champions 2007)
• Development Manager for Brisbane Basketball Association
• Head Coach of Brisbane Capitals QBL Men’s team

Assisting Dale will be Joel Ryman, the Brisbane Capitals New Import for 2012 from the Northwest Nazarene Crusaders which play in the NCAA2 competition.

After the clinic the QBL Brisbane Capitals Men’s team will train at our venue from 7.30pm-9.00pm. This will not only be a great opportunity for our Falcons players to see what it is like to train at the top level but also a great Coach Education opportunity for our coaches to pick up some tips & tricks which they use at Falcons training sessions in the future.
